Refund Policy

Our sincere apologies if you have received a defective or wrong item.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint.  So, just tell us what went wrong, send along photos and we'll give you your money back in full. 
  1. What to do:
    Please take three clear shots of the defect/wrong item from different angles and email the photos to within 10 days from receiving the item.

  2. Our refund specialists will validate the defect/wrong item.  Upon successful validation, your refund will be credited to your credit card or any other original method of payment.

* Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size.
